Commercial-grade C9 LEDs, custom installation, clips and mounting hardware, timers and necessary connections, installation labor, in-season service, removal, and storage of eligible rental equipment.
Simple one-story rooflines may be closer to the lower end. Height, peaks, difficult access, steep sections, complicated architecture, and added labor may move pricing higher or above this range.
Approximately $12–$18+ per linear foot
For second stories, steep roofs, multiple peaks, dormers, high sections, difficult access, custom patterns, lift-required work, and large luxury homes.
Complex rooflines require additional installation time, equipment, safety procedures, and labor.

Premium commercial-quality artificial greenery designed to be reused, professionally lit and installed.
Pricing reflects thickness, length, lighting, height, installation location, attachment difficulty, greenery volume, and added decorations.

I-WASH supplies professional-grade lighting and eligible decorations for your display. We install them, maintain them during the season, take them down, and store reusable rental equipment after the holidays.
Seasonal service is quoted as a complete experience, designed around your property and budget.
Ask about a professionally installed permanent lighting system that belongs to you. It can provide warm architectural light year-round and change colors for Christmas, game days and special occasions.
Permanent systems receive a separate custom quote based on roofline length, controller, access and installation complexity.
Simple from start to finish

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the project and begin preparing materials.
We install, provide in-season service, remove the display, and store eligible rental equipment.
Approved quote payment
After you accept your custom quote, the website calculates exactly half. Your installation date is reserved once your 50% deposit has been received.
The remaining 50% stays attached to your ticket for later collection. It will never be charged automatically.
